Bad experience on my first order.
I ordered diabetic test strips (two tiny vial containers) from Chopretail. The web site stated free shipping.
Yet, when my PayPal account was billed, the shipping cost of almost $6 was added to the order for "shipping." My confirmation receipt shows NO SHIPPING cost anywhere. The heading on the receipt was "mens.land" which is in the Chopretail family. Couldn't find them. So, I sent an email to Chopretail with the order number & the problem.
No response. I phoned the 800# on the receipt. Nothing. Then, I sent another email and nothing.
I talked to a PayPal rep who told me I'd have to deal with the vendor.
After several more tries, I quit wasting my time for a recovery of just under $6.
They have absolutely no customer service and, in my opinion, will never respond to their buyers. You can have a beautiful website, but poor customer service is everything to most of us buyers.
ChopRetail and returns with Walmart
I, too, purchased an item through Walmart.com that came through ChopRetail. When I went to Walmart to return the item they told me that even though the item was unopened and I had a Walmart receipt, I had to go back to the seller to return the item.
Went home, pulled up my receipt and clicked on return policy and all I got was a blank page. Same, too, when I clicked on Customer Service, About This Seller, Tax Policy and Returns. When I clicked on Contact This Seller the email address came up as "undefined". Went back to Walmart and they gave me a number to call at Walmart.
They keep saying they will handle it but all I get is a response email from ChopRetail telling me to mail the item back to them at my expense and they will then deduct a "reasonable restocking fee" with no amount given. Right. All of my other Walmart purchases and returns were so easy. My question is this: Why is Walmart doing business with this outfit?
They are responsible for anyone doing business under their banner. I have never had this much trouble returning any order with Walmart or other online sellers such as Barnes and Noble. The product was sold under the Walmart banner and Walmart should be able to handle the return and deal with this bogus outfit themselves.
Buyer beware! Regret I ever placed the order.
Horrible Experience
I am a new mother and purchased a Spectra S2 pump from Chop Retail via Walmart. I like to be a prepared mother and ordered the pump 4 months before my delivery date.
When baby arrived and I opened the pump, the adapter was missing. I promptly wrote to them and in their reply they suggested either I did not look properly or lost or misplaced the adapter. They suggested I buy another adapter online (I have all my email communication with them saved as backup). I wrote back asking them if they were accusing me of lying.
I have a million things to do being a new mother today and did not have time to chase them. I would email twice before hearing back from them once. They simply wrote back saying they have a 30 day policy and will not honor my lost adapter. Moms - be careful.
Spectra sells pumps directly. Do not buy from these dishonest sellers. They do not check their merchandise before shipping, have a very short returns window (the first month of giving birth is when you start using the pump .
Between the newborn and your body recovering and you adjusting to the situation - who has time to run and return in 30 days.) And on top of it they have the gall to suggest that I misplaced it or lost the adapter - the pump is crucial to me and to my baby - am I simply going to lose it and pretend I did not and write to them and keep reminding them to reply? who has that kind of time after delivery?

Chopretail - Altoids Candy Review
WENT TO WALMART.COM AND MY ORDER WAS SENT TO CHOPRETAIL. THEY SENT ME OLD STALE PRODUCT.
THE LABLE ON IT ITEM WAS SO DISCOLORED IT HAVE TO BE AT LEAST TWO YEARS OR MORE OLD. THE ITEM WAS ALTOIDS AND THEY WAY OVERCHARED ME. AT SAMS CLUB THEY ARE A LITTLE OVER $1.00 (NOT STALE) AND CHOPRETAIL OVER $5.00 EACH. CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T CARE EVEN A LITTLE.
OVERPRICED AND STALE. THEY MADE ME PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK WHICH SHOULD BE IN THE GARBAGE. THEN THEY WANT TO CHARGE 20% RESTOCKING FEE. THAT WOULD BE ALMOST BE WHAT I COULD GET 12 AT SAMS.
WHAT I PAID OVER $100.OO FOR 20 AND IT WOULD BE LESS THEN $30.00 FOR 24 AT SAMS CLUB.
SUCH A JOKE AND RIP OFF. THIS PICTURE WITH THE DISCOLORED LABLE IS CHOPRETAIL OVER $5.OO EA AND THE OTHER TWO ARE SAMS CLUB A LITTLE OVER $1.00 EA.

No one responds
I have emailed with no response back to return something I purchased. I tried calling and no one answers or a voice come on that just says welcome over and over again.
There is no prompts to get in touch with anyone. I have emailed Walmart about this and will be calling also, I need to return the item I purchased. How many other people have had the same problem? If this does not get resolved I will no longer purchase through Walmart's website.
I never have a problem with amazon or with their return policy.
I have nothing more to say, I am very disappointed, please help get my refund. Shame on them.
